I test software at Cambridge Kinetics. Based in Haverhill, I picked an apprenticeship over uni straight after college and two years in I haven't regretted it once.
Day to day I work on Kinabase, Cambridge Kinetics' AI-powered data platform. Alongside the standard testing I've been wiring up IoT sensors to the platform, building automated test workflows using AI tooling, and shipping internal tools the team actually uses. Before this I had placements at Arm and Corbel, which showed me early on how serious engineering teams operate.
In September 2026 I'm starting a BSc in Digital & Technology Solutions (Cybersecurity) at the University of Exeter, still an apprenticeship, still at Cambridge Kinetics.

Self-hosted personal dashboard for Raspberry Pi. Connects Spotify, Strava, OpenAI, and live weather into a single Electron app with a Vue 3 interface.
At church, building worship slide decks every week was entirely manual. I automated it. Paste a setlist and lyrics, get a polished PowerPoint in seconds. Zero backend, zero install, runs entirely in the browser.
A health companion I designed and shipped from scratch. Track nutrition, training, mood, and weight all in one place. Full ownership of product, design, and deployment.
A pixel-art life sim in C# and MonoGame. Farming, fishing, day/night cycles, a full economy system, and save/load. CI enforced via GitHub Actions.
